Characteristic of T-856L High-speed and High-precision Vertical Machining Center

Structural Design

The column-type and cross-slide table structure ensures the stability and high precision of the machine.

The large, stable base and high-rigidity A-frame column help reduce vibration and deformation during high-speed cutting.


Guide Rail System

The X and Y axes are equipped with large-spec, high-precision roller linear guides, while the Z axis uses high-rigidity rectangular hard rails, combining high-speed capabilities with high rigidity. This setup is suitable for heavy cutting and provides good vibration damping.


Spindle

High-speed spindle unit (BT40, 8000r/min) with a labyrinth design and air curtain protection, preventing cutting fluid from entering the spindle bearings.


Tool Magazine

The 24-tool arm-type tool magazine from Taikan is known for its high stability and reliable performance.
