Overall
The machine is fully enclosed for protection, with automatic chip removal, lubrication, and cooling systems. Major components are cast using high-quality resin sand molds and high-strength cast iron materials, providing high rigidity and stable precision for the machine.
Guide Rail
The guide rails are of the rolling type, and the drive components use high-speed, quiet ball screws, offering fast speeds, low heat generation, and high positioning accuracy.
Spindle
The main drive system of this machine tool adopts high-performance, high-speed mechanical spindle belt drive, and the spindle speed range is 0-6000r/min. The front support of the spindle adopts three angular contact ball bearings, and the rear support adopts two angular contact ball bearings to meet the axial and radial cutting force bearing requirements.
Tool
Equipped with a BMT45 powered tool turret, which features fast tool changing speeds and high reliability.
This lathe meets the needs of complex parts processing and is widely used in valves, ships, engineering machinery and other fields, especially favored by automotive parts manufacturers.
