TAIKAN Horizontal Machining Center Series

The TAIKAN Horizontal Machining Center series includes the T-H Series small horizontal machining center, DH Series double-table horizontal machining center, and DHS Series large single-table horizontal machining center, capable of handling workpieces up to φ2000mm. These machines offer a variety of structural designs, turntable configurations, spindle options, and personalized configurations, making them suitable for multi-variety, small-batch, and large-batch production. The series is widely used in industries such as automotive, gearbox, engine housings, and other box-type part machining, and is compatible with materials like aluminum alloys, cast iron, and steel.

  • High-Precision Direct Drive Rotary Table: Driven by a high-torque motor with a round grating feedback system, providing high precision, high speed, and zero backlash.

  • High-Precision Cam Rotary Table: Features cam roller drive, conical locator pins, and hydraulic multi-lock mechanism to ensure high rigidity and heavy-duty machining.

  • Gear Type Dividing Rotary Table: Minimum indexing angle of 1°, with built-in hydraulic self-locking mechanism for high rigidity and strong load capacity.

  • Ball Screw Water Cooling System: Ensures higher machining precision and faster thermal stabilization, reaching thermal equilibrium quickly.

  • Feedback System for End Position: Equipped with optional grating scale feedback, supports full closed-loop control for X, Y, Z, and B axes, ensuring high positioning accuracy.

  • Tool Internal Cooling Circulation System: Provides precise cooling for tools, extends tool life, especially during deep-hole machining by removing heat and chips.

  • Automatic Tool Measurement and Workpiece Online Inspection: Supports contact or non-contact high-precision tool measurement, automatically detecting tool diameter, length, wear, and breakage, as well as online workpiece inspection.
