Product Characteristics
T-V18 vertical machining center, X, Y, Z three axes screws all use precision ball screws, three axes guides use precision linear guides; three axes use absolute servo motors, the spindle uses precision-grade spindle. Through direct-drive structure, the standard maximum speed up to 12000rpm; cast iron all adopts Meehanite casting process, and is fully heat treated to eliminate internal stress. The machine tool with high speed and high rigidity integrates drilling, tapping, milling and other machining,mainly used for light machining of medium and large boxes, frames, plates, discs, and shells in general industries such as 5G.
The overall machine structure is fixed column type with a cross slide structure. The machine body adopts an extra-large stable base and a high-rigidity large-span herringbone column, which prevents vibration or deformation during high-speed cutting.
