Product Characteristics 

For the T-10 vertical machining center, the X, Y, and Z axis guide rails adopt the hardened and ground cast iron guide rails to face the PTFE plastic. Its characteristics are: small friction coefficient, good shock absorption, low speed without crawling, high rapid positioning accuracy, large contact surface, and strong load-bearing capacity. The main drive adopts a motor-synchronous toothed belt-spindle transmission mode, which enables the spindle to obtain a higher speed and greatly reduces the vibration and noise of the spindle box, which is more conducive to high-speed and high-precision processing. This type of machine tool is widely used in machinery manufacturing, mold manufacturing and other industries to process complex parts such as plates, disks, and shells. The workpiece can be automatically and continuously processed by milling, drilling, boring, expanding, reaming, countersinking, tapping and other processes after one clamping, which is suitable for mass production.

  • The structure of the whole machine is fixed-column and cross slide structure. The fuselage adopts a super large stable base, a wide base, and a firm structure to ensure heavy load capacity during processing.
  • The large basic parts are all cast with high-quality resin sand modeling and high-strength cast iron materials, so that the machine tool has high rigidity and stable accuracy.
  • X, Y, Z axis adopts rectangular hard rail, high rigidity, heavy cutting, good shock absorption.
  • The spindle adopts Taikan's high speed spindle unit, the spindle adopts BT40- 8000 r/min belt head, high cutting efficiency, belt drive, avoid motor overheating and reduce spindle thermal deformation.
  • The movement of the headstock (Z axis) is equipped with a counterweight device with a central guide design. Even when moving at a high speed, the counterweight will not shake. The precise ratio of the counterweight to the weight of the headstock can obtain the best machining characteristics. And the Z-axis drive motor has good load characteristics.
  • Equipped with automatic lubricating oil system to ensure good lubrication of all moving parts of the machine tool.
  • The cutting fluid has a large capacity, which can quickly discharge the cutting heat. The front chip removal design is adopted, and the water tank adopts a double tank type and is placed inside the machine to save space.
  • Equipped with a high-performance Mitsubishi M80A CNC system, which ensures the stability of machine tool control, as well as the CNC machining functions and auxiliary functions required by users.
