Product Characteristics
T-V2500 series (BT40) profile machining center, the large travel design can meet customers' processing requirements for large-size non-ferrous metal, frame type, profile parts and other drilling and tapping processes, and can achieve fast milling speed.
The X, Y, and Z axis of the machine tool adopt ball linear guide rails, and the X/Y/Z axis feed system adopts ball screw transmission to ensure the rigidity and precision requirements of the machine tool.
The three-axis adopts digital AC servo motor with high reliability and good sealing performance to ensure good dynamic performance, and can improve the accuracy of the machine tool by analyzing and compensating the position of the coordinates through the imported high-performance numerical control system.
Front chain chip removal, more smooth and efficient chip removal, easy to clean.
1、The bed and other components are high-strength, high-shock-absorbing high-quality cast iron integral casting or steel structure welding parts, so as to meet the processing and cutting requirements.
2、Equipped with a high-performance Mitsubishi M80B CNC system, it ensures the stability of the machine tool control, as well as the CNC processing functions and auxiliary functions required by users.
3、The tool magazine adopts Taikan's 24 disc-type tool magazines, with reliable quality and stable performance.
4、The spindle adopts the high-speed spindle unit of the group, and is equipped with a BT40-12000r/min direct-connect. The front end of the spindle adopts a labyrinth design and has an air curtain protection function to prevent cutting fluid from entering the spindle bearing.
5、The maximum rapid traverse speed of the X-axis is 20m/min, the Y-axis is 28 m/min, and the Z-axis is 28 m/min. The rapid traverse speed shortens the processing time and ensures the improvement of processing efficiency.
