Product Characteristics
The T-V6 linear guide vertical machining center is a small-sized machine tool. After one clamping, the workpiece can automatically and continuously complete milling, drilling, boring, expanding, reaming, countersinking, tapping and other processes. The machine tool is suitable for small and medium-sized batch machining of multiple varieties of complex parts such as small boxes, plates, discs, valves, shells, molds, etc. Equipped with high-precision linear rails and lead screws, the machine tool has better dynamic responsiveness ,enabling high-speed cutting, no creep at low-speed.It is widely used in precision parts manufacturing for industries such as 5G products, hardware, auto parts, and medical devices.
The base structure is designed with digital analysis and special design, featuring a large-span six-point support system that enhances machine rigidity and vibration resistance, ensuring excellent stability during the machining process.
The foundation large parts are all made of high-quality resin sand molding and high-strength cast iron materials to achieve high rigidity and stable precision.
The spindle uses Taikan high-speed spindle unit and BT40-12000r/min direct-coupling head, equipped with an automatic constant temperature circulating oil cooling device, which makes the spindle temperature rise small, thermal deformation small, and maintains high machining accuracy.
All three axes use ball linear guides, which are high rigidity, low friction, and strong load capacity.
The Z-axis uses a brake servo motor with a weightless design to improve the Z-axis drive performance and achieve the best surface accuracy when performing 3D machining.
The full-travel motion accuracy is laser-corrected and compensated to ensure the accuracy and calibration results of the machine.
Equipped with an automatic lubricating oil system to ensure that all moving parts are well lubricated
The tool magazine uses a 24 arm-type tool magazine from Taikan to enable reliable quality and stable performance.
The machine tool has a large inclined chip removal angle, which can quickly remove chips and accelerate the return speed of the cutting fluid.
Equipped with high-performance Mitsubishi M80B CNC system, it ensures the stability of machine tool control as well as the CNC processing functions and auxiliary functions required by users.
