Product Characteristics
The DT-50 vertical machining center adopts a T-shaped bed structure design, with the saddle moving left and right as the X-axis and the table moving forward and backward as the Y-axis. The full-travel support structure of the table and slide solves the shortcomings of the traditional C-type vertical machining center table hanging left and right, achieving the best dynamic performance and cutting stability.The machine comes standard with a BBT40-12000rpm high-torque spindle, with a maximum power of 22kw and a maximum torque of 106Nm, ensuring strong cutting capability and high machining efficiency. It can achieve high-speed cutting of aluminum materials as well as heavy-duty cutting of cast iron, steel and other materials, meeting the precision machining requirements of various parts in the general machinery industry.

The X/Y/Z axes are equipped with imported high-performance NSK ball screws and a hollow screw cooling system to minimize thermal deformation and enhance machining accuracy and stability.
The X/Y/Z axes are equipped with THK high-rigidity roller guides, providing improved rigidity and stability.
Standard tool arm type 30 tool magazine and servo motor control to provide fast tool change, accurate positioning and good stability. The fastest tool change speed (T-T time including tool unclamping and clamping) is 1.2S;
Centralized automatic grease lubrication system reduces fuel consumption, saves costs, and is energy-saving and environmentally friendly;
The front door is equipped with a safety door lock to prevent people from entering the machining area illegally and eliminate safety hazards;
Standard worktable surface quenching improves the hardness and strength of the worktable surface and prevents scratches and deformation of the surface;
Optional thermal shielding function to control the impact of the environment on the accuracy of the machine tool and ensure the long-term stable machining accuracy .
Equipped with Create century GSOS Pro intelligent CNC operating system, 15-inch HD large screen, 64G large storage space, custom shortcut interface, faster operation. Standard high-speed and high-precision functions can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of mold machining.
