Product Characteristics
T-870W Hub machining center is a small and medium size machine tool, the workpiece can be automatically and continuously finished after a clamping milling, drilling, boring, expanding, reaming, countersinking, tapping and other processes, the machine tool is suitable for small and medium-sized box type, plate type, disk type, valve type, shell type, mold and other complex parts of multi-species of small and medium batch processing. The machine adopts high precision linear rail and ball screw, the machine has better dynamic responsiveness, can achieve high speed cutting, low speed without crawling, in precision parts, 5G products, hardware, auto parts, medical equipment industry is widely used.
1. The whole machine structure is a fixed column type and a cross slide structure. The fuselage adopts a large and stable base, high rigidity of large span herringbone column, high-speed cutting without vibration and deformation.
2. The large basic parts are all made of resin sand molding and high-strength cast iron materials, so that the machine tool can obtain high rigidity and stable precision.
3. The three-axis guide rail adopts roller rail bearing, high rigidity, low friction and low noise.
4. C3 grade screw with pre-tensioning structure, eliminating some thermal extension, screw bearings are self-lubricating, extending bearing life.
5. The tool magazine adopts the 24-arm tool magazine of the Taikan, which is of reliable quality and stable performance.
6. The spindle adopts the high-speed spindle unit of the Taikan, equipped with BT40-12000r/min direct connection, and the front end of the spindle adopts labyrinth design, and has an air curtain protection function to prevent cutting fluid from entering the spindle bearing.
7. Equipped with a volumetric and forced lubricating oil system to ensure that all moving parts of the machine are well lubricated.
8. The machine tool chip discharge standard is equipped with flushing and chip removal on both sides of the slope, and the water tank is designed backward, which is automated, humanized and efficient. Double-layer water tank filtration system structure, for the workpiece processing to provide good cutting fluid.
9. Equipped with a high-performance Mitsubishi M80B CNC system, it ensures the stability of the machine control, and also ensures the CNC machining functions and auxiliary functions required by the user.
