DH-63 Horizontal Machining Center with Double Exchanging Worktables is mainly used for machining parts in construction machinery, automobile, IT, energy, mold and other industries. It is especially suitable for processing all kinds of special-shaped parts and box parts. One clamping of the workpiece can complete milling, drilling, boring, reaming, countersinking, tapping and other processes, which can effectively improve the efficiency and save the cost. At the same time, it can reduce the accumulated error caused by multiple clamping of the workpiece and improve the machining accuracy. The machine tool adopts a positive T-shaped structure, the column moves left and right (X axis), the headstock moves up and down (Y axis) and the worktable moves back and forth (Z axis), and is equipped with a double exchange rotary worktable and a large disc servo tool magazine.
Structure feature
The integrated bed adopts T-shaped box structure, is made of high-quality resin sand molding and high-strength cast iron material, and is heat-treated to eliminate internal stress. After finite element analysis, the layout of ribs is optimized to fully meet the needs of high-torque cutting of machine tools.
The column adopted double-wall structure design, internal multi-point radial reinforcement arrangement, bottom large-span section arrangement, light weight, good rigidity and good dynamic performance.
The structural design of the radial ribs of the spindle box, through the finite element structural statics and dynamics analysis, the reasonable structural design and the matching of the ribs ensure the high rigidity of the box and the processing rigidity of the spindle components.
Equipped with rotating double exchange worktable, reduce the time for clamping workpieces on standby and greatly improve the processing efficiency. The mechanical cam rotating and exchanging mechanism can make workpiece exchange more stable and rapid. High-precision cam turntable adopts high-precision taper positioning pin and oil pressure double force locking mechanism to ensure the clamping of the worktable and the stability and no vibration of the worktable in the cutting process.
