1. Electric spindle configuration, stable rotation speed, low heat generation, fast start-stop response speed,achieve high-efficiency machining with medium and high speed characteristics;
2. High-speed servo tool change, PLC tool change is optimized, shorten tool change time, fast and stable, and reduce non-processing time;
3. The machine tool has a large inclined chip removal angle, and the stainless steel chip removal groove effectively improves the chip removal effect. The machine tool quickly flushes the chips and accelerates the return rate of the cutting fluid;
4. By loading the high-speed PLC engine, the response speed is improved, the cycle is shortened, the processing details are optimized, the smoothness of the feed is improved, and the improved processing edge/surface effect makes them unnecessary to be arranged in the subsequent process;
5. Optional constant temperature cooling processing system can improve tool life and processing efficiency.
